The company’s profit before tax must be at least 10 per cent of sales over a business cycle. Profitability is crucial for long-term success and continuous growth. It provides freedom and independence, and creates security and job satisfaction for employees. High productivity is essential for competitiveness.

3. Growth

Our goal is annual growth of 15 per cent, which means we will double in size every five years. Growth may be achieved organically or through acquisitions.
