Life Science
Life Science is our biggest business area and is split into two subgroups: Devices and Disposables. Being well acquainted with regulatory frameworks, we support our customers during the product development phase and take responsibility for industrialisation and production of individual components or units for medical devices or for the complete assembly, packaging and sterilisation of different single-use devices.
Medtech devices
In addition to injection moulding of individual plastic components, further processing with assembly and function checks, to complete electromechanical devices with full traceability, we also offer high-quality, cost-effective surface treatment of geometrically complicated parts, often integrated into the flow with the injection moulding.
Disposables
Injection moulding and highly automated assembly in cleanrooms are the key processes in our production of medical single-use devices. Our cleanrooms have around 1000 m² of floor space and are validated to class 8 according to the ISO 14644-1 standard.

We have a full-range in-house offer from product concept and design to volume production and logistics. We can assist with such things as project management, quality assurance, validation and measuring. Our manufacturing processes and process stages include injection moulding, cleanroom production, surface treatment, packaging, labelling and joining, often with a high degree of automation.
